A message from Mark H. Wiggins, new KCAUSA chapter president
Dear Greater Kansas City AUSA Members and Friends,

Glad to be on board with you as the new president of the chapter. Not much to add at this point except to say that I plan to continue the great work of my predecessor, Diane Boeger, in drawing the KCAUSA membership, potential members, and friends closer together in support of the Army and the broader Army family. <more>

2012 is bringing exciting new changes to our Chapter.  I will be stepping down as your Chapter President on Jan. 5 and a new leadership team will begin its two-year term. Please join me in welcoming Lt. Col. (Ret.) Mark Wiggins as our new KCAUSA Chapter President and Maj.Gen.(Ret.) Mike Symanski as our new KCAUSA Chapter Executive Vice President. These two men bring a wealth of Army experience and knowledge to these positions and will do a great job leading the Chapter.

KCAUSA members, guest gather for a Guest Speaker Breakfast Meeting in honor of Veterans Day
The members of KCAUSA and special guests gathered for a special guest speaker breakfast event Thursday, Nov. 10, at the KC Marriott Downtown, 200 West 12th St., Kansas City, Mo.  Our guest speaker for the morning was Col. Wayne W. Grigsby, Jr., Director of the Mission Command Center of Excellence, Fort Leavenworth, Kan.
