|Happy New Year – You're invited to our January 2015 breakfast meeting
|Welcome to the New Year. As we move into 2015 KCAUSA is happy to announce that our focus for the year is on Veteran Hiring and Entrepreneurship. We will focus our efforts through relationships with veterans support organizations and our own corporate member communities. There will be a surge of transitioning military personnel in the next few years as the Department of Defense draws down in size and overseas operations, so hiring veterans is a priority initiative in 2015.
In that light, you are invited to our first chapter breakfast meeting of the year on Jan. 27. We will meet the Hilton Garden Inn in Kansas City, Kan. The morning presentation will feature a panel of speakers who represent some of our partners in support of Veteran Hiring/Entrepreneurship. Learn about their organization's purpose and activities and how through our combined resources and efforts, we will make a significant impact in the KC business community in 2015.
